From luxurious afternoon tea to a laidback Mediterranean lunch, guests can discover dynamic dishes and unforgettable flavours in the luxurious setting of The Lana Dorchester.

Mediterranean restaurant Riveria transforms from a tranquil daytime paradise to a lively evening escape. Reminiscent of the South of France, it overlooks the waters of the marina  on the Dubai Canal under the watchful eye of Chef Jean Imbert.

Flavours of land and sea offer guests an authentic Mediterranean getaway in the heart of the city, in Dubai’s Business Bay, one of the city’s most sought-after locations near Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah.

The perfect spot for an afternoon tea surrounded by breathtaking artworks, The Gallery is an elegant spot day or night. Under the imposing archways and lofty double-height ceilings, award-winning chef Angelo Musa leads the way in the art of French patisserie in the venue designed to meet, relax and enjoy.

Meanwhile, true to its name, High Society dazzles guests with potent energy and exclusivity at the very top of The Lana. Spectacular Burj Khalifa views await as Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert curates a menu of eclectic light bites against the city’s glittering skyline.

The all-day-dining destination offers a bevvy of choices from morning to night with flavours to match the views. Set by The Lana poolside, the location is one of the city’s finest, enjoying the spectacular architecture while savouring the best in gastronomy.

The hotel and residences which open next month have been designed by Foster + Partners. The hotel will have 225 rooms and suites, a spa and eight restaurant concepts and is operated by Dorchester Collection.
