Dubai, United Arab Emirates: On Thursday, October 20, 2022, premium media and events company Glitz Mega Group hosted an exclusive launch party in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre. The elegant event, emceed by Robert Welsh, featured esteemed media, and an enticing musical line-up who were joined by approximately 100 guests from local dignitaries to art collectors and watch enthusiasts.

The intimate cocktail reception inside Dubai’s elite member’s-only Capital Club was abuzz with the Middle East’s elite showing their support of the launch, which also coincided with the launch of several new industry-focused media titles under its umbrella, including LUXUO.aeYachts Style and The Palace.

“To be able to share the launch of Glitz Mega Group, and bring new luxury titles to the region for the first time with so many industry greats, is thrilling. It’s proof that this region is hungry for more avenues to integrate with the luxury world, and I believe Glitz Mega Group and our exciting new titles, together with our proven strength as event organisers, are the perfect bridge for that,” said Sherry Faller, Founder and Managing Director of Glitz Mega Group.

During the networking evening, guests were introduced to several key supporters and sponsors of Glitz Mega Group: Luxury leather brand Faggioli Atelier exhibited their exciting line of fine leather handbags and shoes, and generously gifted each guest with a special ostrich leather card case worth Dhs5,000; leading designer and manufacturer of catamarans Sunreef Yachts displayed a model of its latest luxury 49M Sunreef Power catamaran; Belgian chocolatiers Godiva gifted their gourmet chocolates to all those in attendance, while perfumery house Maison 21G gifted candles; and multi-brand Luxury Souq displayed their latest collection of rare luxury watches. Meanwhile, Italian suits and accessories brand Officina Italiana, and fine-dining powerhouse the Rikas Group gifted elegant raffle prizes, including tailored made suits, and dinners for two at the award-winning Ninive and La Cantine du Faubourg.

The evening concluded with a special toast on stage led by Glitz Mega Group’s Managing Partner Sherry Faller, Sales and Marketing Director Paolo Gomez, alongside special guest Gael Burlot, CEO of Lux Inc Media, the mother company of Yacht Style and The Palace.
